Mr. Zhang is the co-founder and CEO of Kingsoon Co., Ltd., who is a top expert on high-efficiency GaAs solar cell techniques and AlGaInP-LED techniques. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Zhang served as R&D manager in San’an Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., then joined Changelight in 2006 as Manager of Epitaxy, then deputy general manager of Changelight Co., Ltd., focused on manufacturing of AlGaInP-LEDs and GaAs solar cells. Mr. Zhang co-founded Kingsoon Co., Ltd., to continue his endeavor in the industry of manufacturer of high-efficiency GaAs solar cell epi wafers in China. Mr. Zhang has won dozens of government rewards in the past decade for his contribution in the field of AlGaInP-LEDs and GaAs solar cells.
