A senior photovoltaic researcher, graduated from Nanjing University, working as the technical experts and vice present in LONGiS from 2016. In 2007, he became a youth researcher at the national institute of materials research in Japan. In 2014, he became a visiting scholar of Aalto University with the special fund of China's national international cooperation. In 2015, he became the master tutor of Northwest University. In 2017, he became the member of the China Electrotechnical Society. In 2018, he became the IEC alternate member. Under his guidance, his team broke the record of photovoltaic module power and efficiency more than 4 times. In the recent years, he published more than 20 papers (SCI,IE) and 40 patents.
