He Wang received his PHD degree of Micro-electronics and solid-electronics in Nankai University in 2011. Currently, he is working in Tianjin Institute of Power Source as the senior engineer. His present research interest is mainly focused on the development of compound semiconductor material and device, especially interesting in III-V multijunction solar cells and CIGS thin film solar cell. He is the project leader of the Electronic Component Advance Research Project- High Efficiency Solar Cells for Space Application (41421010101) and the National Nature Science Foundation of China (61404118).
